Shared apartments

Even if the typology of apartments is varied, they are all shared with other Italian or foreign students or with the landlord/landlady.

The apartments are fully furnished. The kitchen is always equipped with all necessary items such as plates, pans, glasses, and so on. This kind of accommodation offers a lot of freedom and therefore requires a certain degree of maturity and independence.

Please Note:

 

  • Prices for person
  • Double rooms can be booked only by two participants of a language course traveling together or by a participant accompanied by his/her friend.
  • Housing check-in: Sunday afternoon before the start of the course, from 2 pm to 10 pm. For arrivals after 10 pm, there is an extra charge of 25 euros.
  • Housing check out: Saturday morning at the end of the course, until 10 am.
    Different arrival or departure days only by special arrangements and on extra charges.
  • Sheets are provided and changed every 2 weeks. You must bring your own towels as these are not provided.
  • Accommodation with a family: half-board includes breakfast and dinner. Remember that you cannot use the kitchen for your own purposes.
  • For all accommodation: to make a booking it is necessary to provide a credit card number as a guarantee. Remember that we can require an amount of 100 euros to receive the keys to a shared apartment. The amount can be paid in cash or by travel cheques upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure, minus any costs for necessary repairs.
  • You must pay for accommodation in a family or in a shared apartment immediately upon your arrival in Italy.
  • Hotels of all types, private apartments, and residences: booking must be done in advance.
  • In some accommodations, a local tax per day may be charged, to be paid directly to the host (amount and number of days depending on the local Municipality).
  • The price list is valid from 1 January until 31 December 2023.
